Refund Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Exchanges or returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt.  In order for an item to be eligible for a return, it must be in the same condition in which you received it.  It must be unworn/unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.  

Online purchases are eligible for exchange of the same item or online credit will be issued to your account. Shipping costs are non refundable. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.  Contact us within 3 business days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Mint Bleu & Co. is NOT responsible for any damages resulting from cutting into packaging, or improper washing. 

**NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on FINAL SALE merchandise , Hair Accessories, Mystery Sales or BoxesJewelry, hats, or gift cards**. 

Mint Bleu & Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Items being returned by mail must be shipped within 3 days of our reply.
