Shipping and Delivery Policy

Please allow 5-7 business days for orders to be processed and packaged before being shipped or delivered.  Weekends and holidays are not included in the 5-7 business days.  Free delivery for local customers in specific zip codes is available.  Free shipping on orders $75 and over after applying all discounts and before taxes.  $5.00 shipping rate for orders up to $39.99 after applying all discounts and before taxes.  $7.00 shipping rate for orders $40.00 - $74.99 after applying all discounts and before taxes.

PRE-ORDER:  Please allow 10-12 business days, on pre-orders, for orders to be processed and packaged before being shipped or delivered.  The 10-12 business days begins the day after the pre-order closing date and/or after your invoice is marked paid.  Weekends and holidays are not included in the 10-12 business days. 

Orders will NOT be filled, packaged, shipped, or delivered until invoice is marked paid.  The 5-7 business days begin the day after the order is marked paid and does not include weekends or holidays.  The 10-12 business days begins the day after the pre-order closing date and/or after your invoice is marked paid.  Weekends and holidays are not included in the 10-12 business days. 

I generally ship through USPS and it takes 3 days on average for products to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Buyer is responsible for additional costs that incur before or after order is place and shipped.

LOST PACKAGE(S)?

Packages that are marked as delivered, but are “not received” are your responsibility to track down. I am not able to track them down on my end. I do not issue refunds on lost packages.
